Enhance the Trinity Experience


Trinity Christian School is proud of its dedicated Volunteers. Our Volunteers’ purpose is to facilitate the school’s function as an outreach ministry of Trinity Church. We promote the ideals of the school and strengthens family-school partnerships. Families are encouraged to interact with school staff, administration and other school families. Volunteers assist the staff and administration with projects that enhance the complete Trinity experience.

Our Team Standards

Families are active participants in the life of the school, and feel welcomed, valued, and connected to each other, to school staff, and to what students are learning and doing in class.

Families and school staff engages in regular, two-way, meaningful communication about student learning.

Families and school staff continuously collaborate to support students’ learning and healthy development both at home and at school, and have regular opportunities to strengthen their knowledge and skills to do so effectively.

Families are empowered to be advocates for their own and other children, to ensure that students are treated fairly and have access to learning opportunities that will support their success.

Families and school staff are equal partners in decisions that affect children and families and together inform, influence, and create policies, practices, and programs.

Trinity Parent Team Roles

Parent Partners

Communicates with administration and school board on behalf of parents, provides leadership for parent group activities, facilitates parent meetings and prepares parent meeting agendas along with materials needed and serves as a parent contact for school related questions.


Communicates and speaks to parents and community for Open House, Special Events and Occasions.

Hospitality Coordinator

Organizes volunteers for teacher and school appreciations functions, Open Houses, etc.


Welcomes new families, parent contact for school related questions, and researches parenting and school improvement opportunities.

After School Clubs/Book Fair Coordinator

Researches, develops and implements potential school club opportunities for school needs and educational enrichment.

Yearbook Coordinator

Organizes and leads the planning and implementation of a yearbook representing the entire school population, coordinates committee/volunteers to obtain photos, oversee year book sales & distribution of yearbook.

Event/ Fundraising Coordinator

Researches, develops, and coordinates volunteers for potential school seasonal school events and fundraisers.
