Laura Securro
School Administrator
Laura Securro
Mrs. Laura Securro, School Administrator of Trinity Christian School, was born and raised in Novi, Michigan, where she lived for twenty-five years. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in English/Language Arts with an emphasis in Elementary Education from Grand Valley State University. She then obtained a Master’s degree in Leadership Studies from Marshall University and is certified in school administration.
For six years, she passionately taught 3rd and 4th grade in the largest county in West Virginia. During those years, she led numerous professional development programs, including an action research project on mindfulness in the classroom that was presented at a statewide educator conference. Mrs. Securro also played a leadership role in a program training educators across the state to incorporate movement in the classroom.
Since 2018, Mrs. Securro has been honored to serve as the administrator of Trinity Christian School. In this role, she has proudly led students and staff, sharing God’s word and fostering a strong sense of community. Her commitment to faith-based education is evident in her dedication to guiding students on their spiritual and academic journeys.
Outside of school, Mrs. Securro enjoys spending time with her husband Michael, their daughter Julia, and their English Bulldog Bogey. She loves attending church, visiting the beach, reading, cooking new recipes, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.
Mrs. Securro treats her students as her own, continuously pushing them to strive for success. She believes deeply in the unique potential God has placed within each student and is devoted to helping them discover and develop their gifts. Mrs. Securro’s leadership is grounded in faith, and she is committed to nurturing a community where students can grow in both knowledge and faith, becoming who God has called them to be.
Rebekah Fagiani

Rebekah Fagiani
Mrs. Fagiani was born and raised in Thomasville, Georgia. She attended Faulkner University in Montgomery, Alabama where she graduated with her degree in Elementary Education. Mrs. Fagiani was an elementary teacher for 9 years. She is now in her graduate program with the University of West Florida pursuing her Masters Degree in Educational Leadership.
Mrs. Fagiani loves to spend time with her family: her husband (Rafael), daughter (Kaylynn), and son (Lucca). She loves to go to the beach, read a good book, and spend time outdoors. She also enjoys traveling and tasting new and original foods.
Mrs. Fagiani attends Coastal Community Church (Parkland location) and serves in Kids Ministry. She loves being apart of Trinity Christian School where she can pour love and Truth into the hearts and minds of her school and church community.

Maria Turner
Mrs. Turner was born and raised in the Philadelphia area of Pennsylvania. She moved to Florida to attend Palm Beach Atlantic University where she obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Ministry, concentrated in Intercultural Studies and Children’s Ministry. She loves to spend time with her husband, Bowman and mini goldendoodle, Tato. She also loves spending time at the beach, reading, and baking. Mrs. Turner is so excited to join the Trinity family and be a vessel in the Kingdom.
Lisa Heier

Lisa Heier
Ms. Heier was born and raised in Pompano Beach, Florida. She attended Florida Atlantic University and earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Sociology. Ms. Heier has been involved in both public and private education for over twenty years. She has worked in general and special education classrooms and her desire is for each individual child to reach their fullest potential. In her personal time, she loves spending time with her two sons and two daughters-in-law, spending time at the beach, and taking long nature walks. Ms. Heier attends church in downtown Ft. Lauderdale at RioVista Church.
Tiara Miles-Clarke

Tiara Miles-Clarke
Mrs. Miles-Clarke is an experienced elementary educator dedicated to nurturing young minds with a Master’s in Education Leadership from Florida Atlantic University. She brings a wealth of knowledge in literacy and has authored a family literacy-based children’s book series. Mrs. Miles-Clarke is passionate about integrating faith into education and is thrilled about the opportunity to contribute to Trinity Christian School this year. With a commitment to serving God’s kingdom through education, she aspires to create a nurturing classroom environment where each child can thrive academically, socially, and spiritually. Mrs. Miles-Clarke looks forward to partnering with parents and colleagues to inspire a lifelong love for learning in first-grade students at Trinity Christian School.
Isabella Teixeira

Isabella Teixeira
Mrs. Teixeira is happily married and a proud mother of two girls who inspire her with their love and support every day. Originally from Brazil, Mrs. Teixeira has called Florida home since 1998.
She attended Florida International University and earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree. Her deep faith in God is the cornerstone of her life and fuels her passion to work with children.
Mrs. Teixeira’s commitment to children’s ministry brought her to Trinity Christian School, and she believes in creating a nurturing and stimulating environment where each child can grow in every aspect of their lives.
Erika Salandanan
2nd Grade Teacher
Erika Salandanan
Ms. Erika Salandanan was born in Boca Raton, Florida. She moved around quite a bit from North Carolina to Kentucky where she earned her degree in Psychology at the University of Louisville, Go Cards! Ms. Salandanan has been working with kids since the day she turned 16. She continued to teach at the same preschool throughout college and has volunteered with the children’s ministry at her church in Louisville, Kentucky. She is moving back to Boynton Beach after graduating college to start her teaching career here at Trinity Christian. In her free time, she enjoys working out and spending time with her wiener dog EJ! Ms. Salandanan is so excited to be a part of Trinity Christian and grateful for the opportunity to teach second grade with us.
Nikki Ricciotti

Nikki Ricciotti
Ms. Ricciotti grew up in North New Jersey, right outside of NYC, inspiring her visionary and creative thinking. She moved to South Florida nearly six years ago and earned her bachelor’s degree from Florida Atlantic University. Last year, she served as the STEAM teacher at Trinity and is now thrilled to take on third grade. In her free time, Ms. Ricciotti enjoys Bible studies, snorkeling, and spending time with her two cats.

Julie Portugal
Mrs. Portugal was born and raised in Boca Raton, Florida. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education with Reading and ESOL endorsements from Florida Atlantic University. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends, watching movies, and being outside. She loves to eat, especially all things sweet. Mrs. Portugal is looking forward to teaching at Trinity and is expectant of all that God has in store for her.
Jasmine Barrett

Jasmine Barrett
Ms. Barrett was born and raised in South Florida. She enjoys reading, rollerblading, traveling to different countries, and cooking. She graduated with a focus on business management. After college, she spent time as a homeschool teacher to families within her community. She has been teaching her whole life and loves every minute of it. Ms. Barrett is a dog mom and part-time Realtor serving the tri-county area and serves as a Board Director for two committees overseeing the South Broward Region. She is beyond excited to be a teacher at Trinity Christian and looks forward to an amazing year.
Carisma Greenwell

Carisma Greenwell
A devoted mother to Chloe, Judah, and Hannah Greenwell, and wife to Christopher Greenwell, Mrs. Greenwell was born and raised in the vibrant culture of Brazil. Her love for the Word of God has been a guiding force in her life.
That love has led her to Pasadena, CA where she studied Theology at Living World Bible College with the focus on Worship and Creative Arts.
Together with her husband, Christopher, Mrs. Greenwell co-founded Arts for the Kingdom, a Creative Arts Ministry school, and Dance Company in Brazil, actively shaping and influencing the landscape of worship and creative arts from 2001 to 2006. Their ministry took them across the United States, Europe, and Brazil, where they ministered and equipped churches.
During her time in New Jersey, Mrs. Greenwell served and attended Hillsong New Jersey, and was on staff as a Care Pastor.
Mrs. Greenwell’s deep love for the Bible has manifested in her dedication to creating family-friendly content. Recognizing the importance of a biblical worldview, she has developed materials that make it easy for both parents and children to engage with, understand, and cherish the teachings of the Bible.
With a heart devoted to ministry, creative arts, and spreading the Word of God, Mrs. Greenwell continues to leave an indelible mark on the lives of those she encounters.
Nicole Crump

Nicole Crump
Ms. Crump was born and raised in Boynton Beach, Florida. She attended Florida State University and earned a Bachelor of Science Degree, Go Noles! Her teaching journey began during her undergrad where she taught STEAM classes to elementary students in Tallahassee, Florida.
During her free time, she loves going to beach, staying active and spending time with her family. Ms. Crump says, “God called on me to come to Trinity Christian School & the rest is history!”

Josh Mitchael
Josh is passionate about seeing people connect with and respond to God through worshiping Jesus. Nothing is more exciting for him than to see people step into a committed relationship with Christ and begin serving Him! Josh graduated from John Brown University with a Bachelor of Science in Worship Arts with an emphasis in vocal performance. Josh is married to his amazing wife, Andrea. They have four children, two boys and two girls. Josh and Andrea moved their family to South Florida, from Northwest Arkansas, in March of 2014. In his spare time, Josh loves spending time with family, friends, meeting new people, entertaining, playing games, drinking coffee, writing and arranging music, playing guitar, and developing people!
